As an archaeologist, I have had the opportunity to stay at various hotels and accommodations near archaeological sites, but my recent experience at Intercontinental surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Mr Abdulaziz and the breakfast buffet team were exceptional, providing excellent service and a wide array of delicious options. Despite a minor room mix-up, the receptionist, Rodel, quickly resolved the issue by adding an extra bed for my children and granting us a late check-out, showcasing their impeccable hospitality. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was truly remarkable, with every aspect of my stay exceeding my stringent criteria. the complimentary toiletries, electric kettle for my morning tea, and the comfortable sitting area in my room made me feel right at home. the efficient air conditioning and flat-screen TV provided a relaxing environment after a day of exploring nearby sites like Al-Barni and Al Rehab Cafe. the hotel's proximity to these cultural spots, as well as its impeccable service and amenities, make it a top choice for anyone seeking a memorable stay in the area. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Intercontinental highly enough for its exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and convenient location. For a blend of modern comfort and proximity to historical sites, Intercontinental is undoubtedly the perfect choice for travelers seeking a memorable and fulfilling stay.
